# Training log and goals 2025-09-06 Signed up for the spring marathon. Plan: keep the Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning runs at Riverside Park through the winter, add one long run on Sundays starting in November. Current easy pace is around 5:45/km; long-run target is 5:30/km by March. Climbing on Thursday evenings at Boulder Barn is staying on the schedule — it's the best cross-training I've found and the only social exercise I actually look forward to.
