# Crowdfunding Update Draft ## Milestone #5 complete: the Fan Passport demo is now end-to-end We connected the frontend prototype to the backend MVP, so the Fan Passport journey now works as a full-stack demo. Fans can create a passport, collect teams/stadiums/matches/stickers, answer trivia, submit predictions, unlock badges, complete challenges, save memories, and watch their leaderboard rank move. The demo includes realistic challenge loops such as “Complete every Group B team,” “Predict a giant killing,” “Answer daily World Cup trivia,” “Collect all stadiums,” and “Build a virtual sticker collection.” Each action updates the passport through the API, awards XP, checks challenge progress, unlocks badges, and adds timeline feedback. We also added QA coverage and release materials: API integration tests, frontend tests, Playwright E2E coverage, an automated accessibility scan, responsive QA notes, deployment guidance, a public demo script, and a release checklist. The tournament data is representative while the final 2026 draw remains pending, but the product structure is ready for official content to be swapped in. This milestone proves the core retention loop: people can come back every day to collect, predict, learn, remember, and compete.
