The prompt
The git gutter, additions and deletions with different colors is very useful when reviewing current code for changes, but once you commit the code that is gone. A heatmap would be showing the colors somewhere, maybe the gutter, minimap, editor, showing recent changes/activity, around the areas where recent changes have happened. This way the developer can know where some of the recently touched parts of the code are, even if the git gutter is not available anymore. The heatmap could have color intensity denoting more recent changes and less recent changes.

Milestones
No plan yet. The AI planner stages the prompt into milestones and sets the funding targets — estimated from token counts, never user-entered, totalling at least 10,000 credits per project. Planning runs automatically once the pool holds its first 100 credits (the planner's own cost comes out of the pool). Backers can chip in any amount.
