Build an agent which helps a UK employee figure out if they might have an employment tribunal claim against their employer/ex-employer, and what a successful claim could be worth. The agent should ask the employee a series of questions to gather the relevant facts about their situation, then produce a short plain-English summary covering: 1. Whether they may have grounds for a claim, and why (referencing the relevant type of claim — e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, unpaid wages) 2. An indicative compensation range if successful at tribunal, based on how UK employment tribunals award compensation for employment law claims including but not limited to compensation for loss of earnings, injury to feelings and personal injury. 3. A clear note that this is an initial, automated triage only — not legal advice — and that they should speak to a solicitor or advisor before relying on it, especially given strict tribunal time limits. Jurisdiction: England & Wales employment tribunals.
